Description
Overview
The Flux 40 Magnetic Floodlight is a wide-angle luminaire designed for magnetic low-voltage track systems. Its 120° beam spread delivers broad, diffuse illumination across horizontal surfaces, making it well suited to general ambient lighting in retail, hospitality, and gallery environments where soft, even coverage is preferred over tight accent beams.
Optical and Colour Performance
With a CRI of 90 or above, the fixture renders materials and finishes with high fidelity. Three correlated colour temperature options — 3000 K warm white, 4000 K neutral white, and 6000 K daylight — allow the same fixture family to be specified across different interior moods without mixing luminaire types.
Mechanical Integration
The magnetic mounting interface snaps onto compatible M20 magnetic track infrastructure, allowing repositioning without tools. The 40 W load is compatible with standard magnetic track power budgets.
Typical Applications
Retail floor displays, café and restaurant ceilings, gallery ambient layers, and hospitality corridors where wide wash rather than directional accent is the primary lighting intent.
