Description
Overview
Calla Surface Downlight is a ceiling-mounted anti-glare luminaire intended for general ambient lighting in residential and light commercial interiors. Its cylindrical steel body mounts flush to the ceiling surface without a recess, making it suitable for concrete slabs, exposed ceilings, and spaces where cutting is not an option.
Optics and Light Quality
The fixed 90° beam spreads light broadly across the working plane. SMD chips deliver a CRI greater than Ra90 and colour consistency held within 3 SDCM, supporting accurate colour rendering in retail display, hospitality, and residential settings where visual comfort matters.
Electrical and Driver
The luminaire operates on a wide input range of 85–265 V with a non-isolated driver (power factor 0.6), simplifying installation across varying supply conditions. Three wattage options — 9 W, 12 W, and 18 W — allow the designer to match output to room scale without changing the fixture family.
