Description

Overview

The Recess 85 Anti-Glare Spotlight is a recessed ceiling fixture designed for interiors where glare control is a primary concern. Its deep-drawn pure aluminium housing shields the light source entirely from oblique sightlines, achieving a unified glare rating below 16 without the need for additional baffles or louvres.

Optics and Adjustment

Three interchangeable beam angles — 15°, 24°, and 36° — allow the same aperture to serve precise accent, general, or wash lighting roles. The head tilts ±25° to direct light onto vertical surfaces, shelving, or exhibits without repositioning the ceiling element.

Construction

The body is machined from pure aluminium in a matte white or black-cup finish. The driver operates on a wide voltage range of 85–265 V with a non-isolated topology and a power factor of 0.6. The LED chip is a Jingyuan (晶元) source rated at 50,000 hours with no measurable flicker.
