Description
Overview
Recess 53 Magnetic Track is a recessed aluminium extrusion designed for concealed in-ceiling installation within M20 magnetic track lighting systems. The profile sits flush with the ceiling plane, leaving only the track slot visible, which suits plasterboard and concrete slab ceilings where a clean, minimal reveal is required.
Construction
The extrusion measures 53 mm in width and 48 mm in depth, with a uniform aluminium wall thickness of 1.3 mm. The geometry is optimised to accept standard M20 magnetic luminaires — spotlights, wash heads, and linear modules — which engage the track by magnetic coupling without tools.
Lengths and Layout
Lengths of 1 m, 2 m, and 3 m allow runs to be composed for the required layout. Connectors and power feeds are specified separately.
