Construction

Recess 53 Magnetic Track is an aluminium extrusion designed for flush or plaster-in ceiling installation. The 53 mm wide by 48 mm deep profile sits within the ceiling void so that the track face finishes level with the ceiling plane, eliminating any visible housing. Wall thickness of 1.3 mm provides the rigidity required for continuous-run layouts while keeping the extrusion lightweight.

System Compatibility

The channel carries the M20 magnetic bus, accepting the full catalogue of M20 magnetic luminaires — spotlights, wash heads, linear elements, and pendants — which can be repositioned along the track without tools after installation.

Installation

Lengths are supplied at 1 m, 2 m, and 3 m; on-site cutting to exact run dimensions is straightforward with standard aluminium tooling. End caps, joiner connectors, and power feeds are specified separately from the tracks-and-accessories range.
