Brief
A developer wanted the show apartment to feel larger and more refined than the standard units, with a ceiling free of visible fixtures.
Solution
Recessed magnetic track in the living and dining area carries linear diffused modules for ambient light and 24° spotlights for art and the dining table. Bedrooms use small anti-glare downlights. All light is 3000 K, CRI above 90.
Result
The apartment is now used as the reference specification for the premium units in the development.
