Description
Overview
The Meridian Surface Downlight is a ceiling-mounted luminaire designed for general ambient and accent lighting in commercial and residential interiors. Its one-piece die-cast aluminium body gives the housing structural rigidity while acting as the primary heat path for the LED array.
Optical Construction
A high-density SMD LED chip is housed behind a formed reflector cup available in four finishes — white, black, gun-metal black, and bright silver — allowing the optical character and visual integration of the fitting to be matched to the space. The fixed 90° flood distribution delivers broad, even illumination across ceiling heights typical of retail, hospitality, office, and residential environments.
Electrical
The isolated driver accepts a full universal mains range (85–265 V), making the product suitable for international projects without a driver change. Colour temperature options of 3000 K, 4000 K, and 6000 K cover warm ambient, neutral task, and cool utility requirements.
